Job description
The Experience Design Lead will lead Noonâs Saudi Experience Design function in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, owning the end-to-end student learning journey for 12M+ learners with a particular focus on Qudrat preparation. The role involves designing and maintaining the full student journey from onboarding, diagnostics, courses, bootcamps, and real Qudrat attempts, ensuring alignment with official Qudrat exam windows, school calendars, exam weeks, and internal academic plans. The Experience Design Lead will translate feedback, data insights, and operational constraints into structured learning journeys that are clear and actionable for students, parents, and staff. The position requires working closely with Product, Learning, Experience, and School Operations teams to design milestones, levels, and success criteria for each stage of the learning journey. The role includes identifying weak points in the learning journey using qualitative feedback and quantitative data, improving onboarding experiences, optimizing learning pace, introducing new touchpoints, and implementing interventions. The Experience Design Lead will also run pilots and experiments in collaboration with School Leads, defining success criteria such as attendance, completion rates, satisfaction, and readiness for next learning stages. The role requires documenting pilot outcomes, scaling successful initiatives, and eliminating ineffective solutions. The candidate will work with tools including Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, Miro, FigJam, and presentation tools to map journeys, analyze data, and communicate strategy. The role also involves working across cross-functional teams, including Product, Learning, Experience, and School Operations, to deliver scalable learning experiences across private and public schools. The position supports Noonâs mission to transform education in Saudi Arabia through hybrid learning models, AI-powered teaching, peer-to-peer learning, and scalable digital education experiences.
