Job description
Greenstone is seeking an Investor Relations & Outreach Specialist to join its Investor Development team, based in either Dubai or KSA. This critical role involves managing investor outreach, supporting roadshow planning, aligning strategic investor data with product offerings, and helping communicate the firmās value proposition across investment communities. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic speaker with strong ties to private banks in the GCC, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a strong grasp of institutional investment behavior and CRM systems.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new prospective investors across key markets
- Reactivate dormant investor relationships through tailored outreach strategies
- Collaborate with team members to generate and secure meetings with high-potential investors
- Coordinate and manage investor roadshow calendars, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution
- Support logistics and preparation for investor meetings and presentations
- Match Investor Intelligence Reports with current product offerings to create strategic alignment
- Engage with internal stakeholders (including the IR and product teams) to optimize investor messaging
- Maintain accurate investor data and engagement history in our CRM system
- Continuously improve data quality, segmentation, and usage of CRM tools to support investor targeting and follow-up
- Support the development of a comprehensive investor communications strategy
- Work closely with marketing and leadership to articulate the firmās value proposition and business model to external stakeholders
- Help refine and distribute investor content to deepen investor understanding of Greenstoneās platform, products, and performance
Experience & skills
- Arabic speaker
- Relationships with private banks across the GCC
- 2ā5 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or institutional sales (buy-side or sell-side)
- Strong understanding of the investment management landscape and investor behavior
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent)
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
