Job description
Dell Technologies is hiring a Saudi National Partner Account Manager to join its Channel Sales team in Riyadh. The role involves managing relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to maximize sales of Dellās products and services. As a key point of contact, the Partner Account Manager will drive indirect sales strategy, align with field sales and inside sales teams, and uncover new business opportunities. Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing channel partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction with Dell Technologiesā solutions and services
- Identify and develop new partner opportunities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, enhancing Dell's footprint in the regional channel ecosystem
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including inside sales and field sales, to create integrated go-to-market strategies and drive revenue across all business lines
- Define and execute account and territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets through partners and distributors
- Educate partners on Dellās product portfolio, service offerings, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives to increase partner engagement and capability
- Support partners in building sales pipelines by aligning Dellās value proposition with market demand and customer needs
- Engage in joint business planning sessions with key partners to align objectives, monitor progress, and drive accountability
- Lead regular performance reviews with partners, evaluating KPIs, sales outcomes, and mutual strategic alignment
- Resolve channel conflicts, pricing escalations, and support issues while ensuring a high degree of partner satisfaction and loyalty
- Represent Dell Technologies at partner events, trade shows, and industry forums to build market visibility and expand the partner network
- Leverage data and sales analytics to inform partner strategy, report on partner performance, and recommend improvements for sales productivity
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures while managing channel activities and partner engagement processes
Experience & skills
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in channel sales, partner account management, or business development within the technology or IT solutions sector
- Demonstrated success in managing key accounts, resellers, distributors, and strategic partnerships in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of the regional channel landscape, including familiarity with local VARs, distributors, and system integrators
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas, negotiate deals, and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience in developing and executing sales plans and partner enablement strategies aligned to revenue targets
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales performance dashboards, and partner program management systems
- A strategic and analytical mindset, capable of using market intelligence and business data to inform decisions and identify opportunities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating effectively across internal teams
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred for effective communication with local and regional partners
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
