Job description
The role leads full-cycle recruitment for high-impact PMC Oil & Gas projects across Europe and North Africa, acting as a strategic business partner to identify and attract engineering, construction management, technical support, and project management talent. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define workforce needs, building talent pipelines, and addressing recruitment challenges proactively. The advisor sources high-caliber candidates using industry platforms, social media, and targeted headhunting strategies while evaluating qualifications against strict client, regulatory, and project criteria. The role manages competitive offer negotiation, oversees the closing process, maintains accurate ATS records, and coordinates interviews and feedback loops. It requires close partnership with visa, mobilization, and HR teams to ensure compliant and seamless onboarding for international assignments. Additional duties involve contributing to continuous process improvement in the talent acquisition function, advising on market intelligence, and mentoring junior team members. Required competencies include deep market knowledge of PMC and Oil & Gas sectors in Europe and North Africa, multi-country recruitment capability, strong communication and negotiation skills, high integrity in handling confidential matters, and the ability to manage multiple complex vacancies simultaneously.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas PMC roles across Europe and North Africa
- Collaborate with hiring managers and project leads to define workforce requirements and develop talent pipelines
- Source candidates using specialized platforms, social media, and targeted headhunting strategies
- Evaluate candidates against client-specific criteria, local labor regulations, and work eligibility requirements
- Drive offer negotiation and manage closing processes to secure top talent
- Maintain accurate ATS records and coordinate interviews and feedback
- Partner with visa and mobilization teams and HR to ensure compliant and seamless onboarding for international placements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and strategies within the Oil & Gas vertical
- Mentor junior recruitment team members as needed
Experience & skills
- Minimum 8 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas or engineering consultancy
- Proven PMC recruitment experience with multi-country exposure in Europe and/or North Africa
- In-depth market knowledge of PMC and Oil & Gas labor markets, salary benchmarks, and key talent hubs
- Demonstrated success recruiting technical and project roles in fast-paced, complex environments
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders across several countries simultaneously
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Creative and strategic sourcing approach
- High integrity, discretion, and accountability in handling confidential recruitment matters
- Hands-on experience with ATS, CRM systems, job boards, and sourcing tools
- Bachelorβs degree preferred
