Job description
The Mall Manager for Centrepoint in the UAE is responsible for the overall management and operational excellence of the retail store. This role drives sales performance, ensures superior customer experiences, maintains brand integrity, and develops a high-performing team. The position manages the P&L, oversees stock management and merchandising, coordinates staff schedules, monitors loss prevention practices, and ensures compliance with operating manuals and internal audits. The Mall Manager acts as the ambassador for the store, maintaining internal and external relationships with departments, vendors, area management, and customers, while continuously improving operational processes, employee capabilities, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Act as ambassador for Centrepoint, managing day-to-day store operations and sales team
- Drive sales performance, reinforce operations, and develop staff while maintaining service and brand standards
- Manage P&L to achieve financial targets and budget objectives
- Provide strong product knowledge and uphold customer service standards
- Oversee operational and staffing requirements including rota, security, finance, personnel, and maintenance
- Monitor store processes to ensure best practices and operational consistency
- Maintain daily financial recaps and communicate key metrics to management
- Manage stock levels, stock take, and inventory for core and campaign best-selling lines
- Oversee store housekeeping and visual merchandising in alignment with guidelines
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships to support store success
- Drive Shukran membership and manage related data entry requirements
Experience & skills
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations with at least 2 years in a store management role
- Graduate; post-graduate degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred
- Knowledge of retail industry and operational processes
- Proficiency in P&L management, merchandising, and stock management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
- Result-oriented with flexibility and proactiveness
- Competence in report writing and organizational skills
- Customer service orientation and ability to improve customer experience
- Proficiency in English and local language
