Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales or direct sales with exposure to full sales cycle management
- Show proven ability in lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, and closing deals within a commercial sales environment
- Exhibit strong communication skills in English and Arabic or Urdu to support client engagement and sales presentations
- Demonstrate knowledge of client relationship management, account management, and pipeline management in a sales context
- Show capability in conducting product demonstrations and delivering persuasive sales presentations for software or ERP solutions
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide solution selling approaches tailored to client needs
