Job description
CAFU is seeking an Operations Analyst to support its BOLT vertical (Car Wash, Battery Change, Oil Change, Tyre Change). The role involves driving operational efficiency and excellence, improving rider performance metrics, and enhancing training, inventory, and resupply processes. The analyst will collaborate with operations, data, marketing, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and informed decision-making. The position requires a mix of analytical skills, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial mindset, with opportunities to directly contribute to the company’s growth as it expands into a super app for connected mobility services.

Key responsibilities
- Suggest and test ideas and processes to improve car wash operations.
- Track performance and quality metrics of Cafu riders.
- Work with data team to match supply and demand on the app.
- Improve internal processes for training pilots, inventory checks, and resupply.
- Collaborate with operations, data, and business managers to solve problems.
- Support Commercial Managers with Producer requests.
- Provide project support and coordinate follow-ups with operations and marketing teams.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in market research and financial analysis preferred.
- Experience in process improvement and project management is a plus.
- Strong passion for customer service and helping in emergency situations.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology and quick learner of new tools/software.
- Flexibility to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus.
