Job description
The Manager Data and Analytics role within the Sales & Leasing Performance Unit at Qiddiya is responsible for governing, developing, and enabling data-driven performance insights across Sales & Leasing operations. Operating within Business Excellence, the role defines and governs the Sales & Leasing Business Intelligence strategy aligned with Business Excellence and Performance Excellence frameworks. The position establishes and enforces data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, integrity, and traceability of Sales & Leasing performance data across residential, retail, office, and land asset classes. The role acts as the central authority for performance metrics, KPI definitions, and reporting logic, ensuring alignment with approved performance frameworks and governance models. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports using BI tools such as Power BI, delivering timely and actionable insights to leadership. The role performs advanced performance analytics to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, supports Quality Assurance, Mystery Shopper analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, and translates complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations. The Manager collaborates with CRM, digital sales tools, operations, IT, CX, VoC, training, and Sales & Leasing Operations teams to ensure reliable data integration, system alignment, and analytics capability evolution including automation and advanced analytics. The role also supports leadership reporting, governance forums, performance reviews, promotes data literacy, and continuously enhances BI processes, tools, and reporting efficiency across the Sales & Leasing Performance Unit.

Key responsibilities
- Define and govern the Sales & Leasing Business Intelligence strategy aligned with Business Excellence and Performance Excellence frameworks
- Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, integrity, and traceability of Sales & Leasing performance data
- Act as the central authority for Sales & Leasing performance metrics, KPI definitions, and reporting logic
- Design, develop, and maintain Sales & Leasing dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports across all asset classes
- Ensure performance reporting aligns with approved KPIs, performance frameworks, and leadership reporting requirements
- Analyze Sales & Leasing performance data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Provide analytical inputs to Quality Assurance, Mystery Shopper analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Translate complex analytical findings into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with CRM, digital sales tools, operations, and IT teams to ensure reliable data integration and availability
- Support the evolution of analytics capabilities including automation and advanced analytics initiatives
- Ensure alignment between system-generated data and approved performance reporting standards
- Partner with Performance Excellence, CX, VoC, Training & Capability, and Sales & Leasing Operations teams to contextualize insights
- Support leadership presentations, performance reviews, and governance forums with data-driven insights
- Continuously improve BI processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
- Promote data literacy and insight-driven decision-making within the Sales & Leasing Performance Unit
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting roles
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or lead analytics capacity
- Possess strong experience designing dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting solutions
- Demonstrate proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Have experience supporting Sales, Leasing, real estate, or customer-facing operational environments
- Possess exposure to performance management, quality assurance, or continuous improvement environments
- Demonstrate Arabic language capability as an advantage
