The Account Manager for Dell at Logicom Distribution in Muscat, Oman is responsible for managing strategic product lines, executing enterprise account management functions, and delivering pre-sales support using available tools and resources. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies to drive opportunities to closure and meet or exceed individual sales targets. The position requires working closely with pre-sales teams and professional services organizations to ensure proper estimation and positioning of solution implementation and deployment services. The Account Manager is responsible for developing existing channel partners, identifying and onboarding new partners, and ensuring optimal channel coverage and sales performance. The role also involves managing vendor relationships and aligning with decision-makers across partner and customer ecosystems. The position requires strong proficiency in enterprise IT sales including servers, networking products, cybersecurity-related solutions, and channel-driven distribution models. The Account Manager is expected to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management, ensuring data-driven visibility of sales performance and deadlines. The role requires strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills while operating in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment across UAE and Gulf markets.

- Manage enterprise account portfolios and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets across assigned regions and strategic enterprise customers
- Establish and maintain direct relationships with large enterprise clients to drive business growth and long-term account development
- Develop and articulate compelling value propositions for enterprise IT solutions including servers, networking, and cybersecurity-related offerings

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate 5–10 years experience in enterprise IT sales, account management, or channel distribution roles within UAE or Gulf countries
- Demonstrate educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity or related technical field
- Demonstrate experience selling enterprise servers, networking products, or IT infrastructure solutions
- Demonstrate proven track record in sales performance including ability to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
- Demonstrate strong deal closing and negotiation skills in enterprise sales environments
- Demonstrate experience in channel management including partner development, recruitment, and performance optimization
- Demonstrate ability to manage sales pipelines and forecasting with accurate, data-driven reporting
