Job description
The Marketing and Segmentation Analyst will support Informa’s marketing efforts by analyzing past promotional campaigns, managing audience segmentation, and driving improved targeting strategies across digital and in-person campaigns. Based in Dubai, the role involves building and managing databases, providing sponsorship and telemarketing leads, developing promotional templates, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical and numeracy skills, technical capability, and excellent communication to collaborate with marketing managers, senior leaders, and the Central Enablement Team. Key responsibilities
- Analyze past promotional campaigns to target the most responsive and suitable audiences
- Utilize internal databases to segment audiences for marketing campaigns
- Support the design of database structures and coding for effective segmentation
- Develop and maintain promotion templates for campaign processes
- Provide sponsorship teams with qualified leads and optimize outreach through internal and external tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Support telemarketing teams by prioritizing leads to maximize sales
- Manage database build processes to ensure relevant prospects are targeted
- Collaborate with marketing managers and senior leaders to align segmentation and campaign strategies
