Job description
Grant Thornton UAE seeks a Team Coordinator within the Business Support Service Line to provide essential administrative and operational support that ensures smooth, efficient functioning of teams and high-quality client service. The role manages and coordinates complex calendars for team members, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with internal and external stakeholders; anticipates scheduling conflicts and proactively resolves them; plans and coordinates travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transportation) to meet needs efficiently; organizes team events, meetings, and conferences with full logistics ownership; oversees and manages partner timesheets, leave requests, and expense reports to ensure timely and accurate submission; assists with tracking and reporting on team membersā utilization and availability; and prepares, edits, and formats documents, presentations, financial statements, proposals, and engagement letters to firm standards and client expectations. The position emphasizes outstanding client service, strong written and verbal communication, professionalism, attention to detail, initiative, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems, with familiarity with KYC and other compliance-related processes considered advantageous.

Experience & skills
- Minimum 3ā5 years of experience providing client service in administrative, project coordination, or operations roles, preferably in professional services or corporate environments
- Familiarity with KYC and other compliance-related processes (advantageous)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with professional client and team interaction
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks, and multitask with strong attention to detail and organizational focus
- Ability to take initiative, work independently with limited supervision, manage workload efficiently, and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems, with willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities
