The Senior / Supervising Associate – Corporate Social Responsibility role in Doha supports the EY Ripples global corporate responsibility program, which is designed to create positive social impact by contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). EY Ripples focuses on empowering people, building sustainable communities, and driving innovation to create a better world. In this role, the professional works closely with internal teams, clients, NGOs, and community organizations to implement and manage sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives aligned with EY’s global corporate responsibility framework. The position contributes to the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of social impact programs and sustainability initiatives designed to strengthen community engagement and corporate responsibility outcomes. The role involves executing strategies that enhance the impact of EY Ripples initiatives, integrating corporate responsibility and sustainability practices into EY business operations and client engagements, and ensuring alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The professional is responsible for monitoring and evaluation of initiatives using impact measurement and data analysis methods to assess program effectiveness and deliver data-driven decision-making insights. The role requires preparation of reports and presentation development to communicate progress, outcomes, and performance metrics to internal leadership and external stakeholders. The position also supports collaboration with NGOs, community organizations, and external partners to drive social impact and strengthen community partnerships. In addition, the role requires continuous industry trend analysis and awareness of regulatory compliance requirements related to sustainability and corporate responsibility. The professional also supports the development and delivery of training programs and employee awareness initiatives focused on corporate responsibility, sustainability practices, and social impact engagement. The role is part of EY’s national talent development initiatives in Qatar, providing opportunities for local professionals to contribute to global CSR programs while developing expertise in sustainability program management, project management, stakeholder engagement, and corporate responsibility strategy execution within a professional services environment.

Key responsibilities
- Execute and implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability strategies under the EY Ripples program by supporting initiatives aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the broader corporate responsibility framework adopted by EY, ensuring that activities contribute to empowering people, building sustainable communities, and supporting social innovation across the region.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams across business units to embed corporate social responsibility and sustainability considerations into business operations and client engagements, ensuring that CSR initiatives complement advisory, assurance, and consulting services delivered by the organization.
- Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple sustainability initiatives and CSR projects simultaneously using structured project management methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with EY Ripples objectives, and measurable social impact outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of CSR and sustainability programs by applying monitoring and evaluation methodologies, impact measurement techniques, and data analysis to assess outcomes, identify improvement opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentation materials to communicate CSR program progress, social impact metrics, and sustainability outcomes to internal leadership teams, external partners, community stakeholders, and other relevant audiences.
- Engage with external partners including NGOs, community organizations, educational institutions, and social enterprises to build strategic partnerships that strengthen collaboration, enhance community impact, and expand the reach of EY Ripples initiatives.
- Conduct industry trend analysis and continuously monitor best practices, regulatory developments, and global standards related to corporate responsibility frameworks, sustainability strategies, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals to ensure initiatives remain relevant and compliant.
- Support the development, coordination, and delivery of employee training programs and awareness initiatives focused on sustainability, corporate responsibility, and social impact, helping employees understand the importance of CSR and encouraging participation in community initiatives.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline that provides foundational knowledge in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or community development, with a Master’s degree considered advantageous for advanced expertise in sustainability and CSR strategy.
- Demonstrate at least 3 or more years of professional experience working in corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, social impact, community development, or related functions, preferably within a professional services, consulting, or corporate environment.
- Possess strong knowledge and practical understanding of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and widely used corporate responsibility frameworks, enabling effective alignment of CSR initiatives with global sustainability objectives.
- Apply structured project management practices to coordinate multiple CSR and sustainability programs simultaneously, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and performance monitoring across multiple initiatives.
- Utilize monitoring and evaluation methodologies and impact measurement frameworks to assess CSR initiative performance, measure social outcomes, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate capability in performing data analysis, preparing reports, and developing presentations that effectively communicate sustainability performance, CSR outcomes, and program achievements to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, sustainability best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements related to corporate responsibility, ensuring that initiatives align with evolving global and regional standards.
- Support and contribute to the development of sustainability training programs, corporate responsibility awareness initiatives, and employee engagement activities that encourage participation in social impact programs and strengthen organizational commitment to CSR.
