Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator role within a marketing team focused on managing influencer partnerships, affiliate relationships, and performance-driven digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive measurable results. The role involves end-to-end management of influencer and affiliate lifecycle activities including outreach, onboarding, briefing, contract coordination, content approval, publishing coordination, and delivery tracking. It requires coordination with influencers, content creators, affiliate partners, and external agencies across multiple social media platforms. The position supports affiliate program growth through onboarding new partners, providing tracking guidelines, promotional assets, and ensuring compliance with platform requirements and campaign standards. The role includes continuous monitoring of campaign performance using affiliate platforms and analytics tools, preparing structured reports with insights, and recommending optimizations to improve ROI and engagement. It also involves managing commission payments, reconciliation processes, and incentive distribution according to company policies. The coordinator ensures all influencer-generated content complies with advertising regulations, platform policies, disclosure rules, and brand guidelines while maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, legal, and e-commerce teams. The role is highly operational and requires maintaining accurate databases, contract records, campaign documentation, and performance logs for reporting and audit purposes, while also supporting innovation in influencer partnerships and affiliate incentives.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners to support brand campaigns and product launches across multiple platforms.
- Manage end-to-end influencer and affiliate campaign execution including outreach, briefing, contract coordination, content approval, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Onboard new creators and affiliates, providing training, tracking guidelines, promotional assets, and compliance instructions to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Monitor influencer and affiliate campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate payment processing, commission calculations, and reconciliation of affiliate and influencer incentives in line with company procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, legal, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment of content with brand guidelines, product availability, and promotional calendars.
- Ensure compliance of influencer and affiliate content with advertising regulations, platform policies, and disclosure requirements across all campaigns.
- Maintain organized records of partners, contracts, campaign assets, and performance data for reporting, audits, and operational tracking.
- Identify new influencer and affiliate opportunities, test new campaign formats, and propose incentive strategies to improve ROI and reach.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for external partners, managing communication, resolving issues, and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Minimum 1+ year experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, or digital marketing roles
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, or Commission Factory
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and performance measurement metrics
- Familiarity with UTM tracking and basic digital analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for managing external influencer and affiliate relationships
- Analytical ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable marketing insights
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and digital reporting tools for campaign tracking and reporting
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments while maintaining professional integrity and compliance standards
