Job description
The Manager – Digital Partnerships is responsible for driving a strategic landscape for assigned Digital Partners across four portfolios: Government, Academia, Corporates, and Fintech Partners. The role includes defining 3-year strategy roadmaps, account management, strategy planning, identifying business-value engagements linked to the Partnership Operating model, communication with Business Leaders and Partners, and reporting to stakeholders as part of the Strategic Partnership Engagement plan. The manager ensures smooth coordination across ENBD Group teams to drive business value and win-win propositions. Responsibilities include optimizing current investments, co-creating future solutions, managing outsourced vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives, creating detailed business requirements documents, convening and leading steering committees, documenting business processes, maintaining data confidentiality, and driving thought leadership in financial and technology services.

Key responsibilities
- Drive strategic partnership engagement plans for internal business stakeholders and external partners
- Manage a set of partners including Academia, Technology Partners, Government entities, ENBD Group Business Leaders, Incubators & Accelerators, Fintechs, and Startups
- Participate in initiatives to optimize current investments and co-create future solutions in alignment with Business and Partners
- Manage business partner relationships for assigned domains and establish strong relationships with key partners and suppliers
- Manage outsourced vendors to ensure resource availability, timelines, and project details in accordance with contracts and work orders
- Identify partner strengths mapped to internal business domain areas of improvement and strategize key priorities with business leaders and partners
- Drive approved strategic engagements with relevant stakeholders
- Manage and mitigate program/project issues and risks
- Manage program/project resources, team, board, and stakeholders
- Ensure alignment of programs/projects with business objectives and deliverables
- Create detailed business requirements documents and convene regular program/project steering committee meetings
- Perform appropriate level of stakeholder management across business and partners and serve as highest project internal escalation level
- Take corrective actions if deadlines, quality, or budget are at risk
- Document business processes according to Business, HR, Legal & Procurement standards
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team following quality management practices
- Maintain data confidentiality and drive opportunities for research-driven, data-driven, and Centers of Excellence engagements
- Drive thought leadership in the industry across Financial and Technology services
Experience & skills
- Good experience in account management or digital partnership management in enterprise-class organizations
- Good understanding of banking domains with core focus on at least two business verticals
- Experience managing multiple program/project teams
- Good understanding of technical application architecture and design
- Good understanding of technical application security, compliance, and audit requirements
- Relevant digital and technical skills and experience within business and technology management end-to-end
- Leadership and program management skills
- Conceptual thinking, strategic orientation, analytical thinking, innovation, flexibility, integrity
- 5 to 8 years of IT-based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience
- Prince 2 certification
- PMP certification
- ITIL certification
