Job description
Stake is a real estate fintech enabling fractional property investing across Dubai (DFSA-regulated), private real estate funds in Saudi Arabia (CMA-regulated), and full-property purchases via StakeOne. As Senior Product Manager for the Extend squad, you will lead zero-to-one initiatives and new features that push boundaries and enable the business to do more, validating MVPs through rapid experimentation and data-driven decision making. You will drive product discovery (user interviews, survey reviews, usability testing, analysis of customer comms and reviews), leverage the internal Data team, the product analytics stack, and an A/B platform to uncover insights, and synthesize findings into concise, actionable specifications (one-pagers, user flows, Jira tickets). You will manage agile sprints end-to-end, partner with marketing, finance, compliance and engineering, and conduct post-release impact analysis to ensure learnings feed back into Stakeās broader product vision. Working with the Head of Product and CPTO, you will shape domain strategy, define OKRs and roadmaps, act as a thought leader across the organization, and mentor Associate PMs and PMs by coaching on craft, process, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of new features and zero-to-one initiatives for the Extend squad, from discovery to launch and post-release analysis
- Conduct product discovery via user interviews, survey reviews, customer comms, online reviews, and usability testing to surface problems and opportunities
- Leverage the product analytics stack and A/B platform with the Data team to identify key user behaviors and insights
- Research competitive landscape and internal stakeholder needs to frame problems and solution hypotheses
- Translate discovery insights into clear specifications, including one-pagers, user flows, and Jira tickets ready for design and engineering
- Run agile sprint cycles, manage scope, and ship iteratively against pre-defined goals and KPIs
- Partner with the Head of Product and CPTO to shape product vision, define domain OKRs, and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned to company objectives
- Act as a thought leader, identifying opportunities and influencing product decisions beyond the immediate squad
- Mentor Associate PMs and PMs through feedback, coaching, and knowledge-sharing to raise the bar of product craft
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Compliance, Design, and Engineering to bring initiatives to life and ensure operational readiness
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of product management (PM or Senior PM) in fintech/technology/startup environments across the full product lifecycle
- 2+ years proven experience with a fintech or proptech app-based product and understanding of financial products (preferred)
- Professional experience with Jira, Notion (or similar wiki), Amplitude (or similar analytics tool), and Figma/FigJam (or similar design/whiteboarding tool)
- Hands-on delivery with Scrum and Agile methodology alongside design and engineering teams
- User-centric and data-driven mindset with strong writing and verbal communication in English
- Solid research skills: user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and interpreting results
- Ability to self-serve on product analytics platforms and turn qualitative/quantitative data into product opportunities
- Responsible, proactive self-starter with passion for modern product management and personal development
- Bachelorās/undergrad degree in Business or STEM (preferred)
- Preferably located in Dubai or willing to relocate
