The Client Delivery Specialist (Project Based) at Lucidya is an on-site, project-based role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of assigned client projects for Lucidya’s AI-native customer experience (CX) intelligence SaaS platform. Lucidya provides proprietary Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities trained on millions of multilingual conversations to manage entire customer lifecycles from engagement to retention and growth. The Client Delivery Specialist serves as the on-site representative embedded at client offices for approximately one year, overseeing end-to-end project delivery from kickoff through final handover. The role involves leading implementation activities for Lucidya’s SaaS solutions, building and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and tracking project progress. The specialist coordinates across internal teams including Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure timely execution and delivery. Responsibilities include monitoring risks, addressing project challenges, managing client communication, handling escalations, ensuring compliance with agreed scope, maintaining documentation, producing status reports, and preparing handover materials. The role contributes to improving project delivery processes and best practices while ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong client relationships. The position requires working directly with client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, overseeing operational coordination, and supporting customer lifecycle intelligence deployment using Lucidya’s AI-driven platform.

Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client projects from kickoff through final handover ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Act as on-site representative at client office managing day-to-day coordination, execution, and stakeholder engagement
- Build, track, and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables ensuring successful SaaS implementation
- Coordinate across Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, address challenges, and handle escalations throughout project lifecycle
- Manage client communication, updates, expectations, and relationship management during project execution
- Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of all project deliverables and outcomes
- Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and handover materials
- Contribute to improving project delivery processes and operational best practices
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working directly with customers in project-based or operational roles
- Experience managing project delivery, coordination, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Project Management certification such as PMP preferred
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support
