Job description
The SASE Sales Manager at HPE Dubai leads the sales of Secure Access Service Edge solutions across the Middle East and Africa, serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to enterprise clients. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic account plans, orchestrating large enterprise customer engagements, and leading a high-performing sales team. The manager establishes end-to-end sales methodologies, leverages competitive intelligence, applies consultative selling techniques, manages pipelines, forecasts revenue, and ensures alignment of strategic objectives with customer business goals. The role requires deep technical knowledge of cybersecurity and networking, executive-level engagement, coaching teams on solution selling, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts to modernize infrastructure securely.

- Lead the sales community to success, communicating vision and strategy and inspiring the team to meet and exceed goals
- Organize, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team
- Coach and enable teams on technical, IT investment, and pricing strategies to win deals
- Orchestrate major enterprise-level customer engagements and manage escalations to ensure results
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with corporate objectives
- Build, monitor, and manage sales pipelines to ensure continuous opportunity population
- Review deals to ensure soundness and problem-free processing
- Apply consultative selling techniques to advance opportunities and drive profitable revenue growth
- Manage executive-level client relationships to understand business context and deliver HPE's value proposition
- Continuously monitor and improve area-of-control operations, ensuring alignment with company strategy
- Provide timely sales forecasts, deal analysis, and feedback to HPE leadership
- Lead change management initiatives and drive team adoption of new processes and strategies
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and skill enhancement programs
- Manage top- and bottom-line performance including discounts, margins, and profitability of deals
Experience & skills
- 7+ years of experience in sales with progressive management responsibility
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and managing enterprise accounts
- Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity and networking
- University or Bachelor's degree
- Project management skills
- Ability to lead teams through change and complex, political environments
- Experience in consultative and solution selling
- Proven ability to manage executive-level relationships and influence stakeholders
