Job description
Transguard Group is seeking a detail-oriented Account Administrator on a temporary contract to join the Manpower and Mobilization team at its Dubai HQ. The role supports the Account Management Team in delivering HR services such as onboarding, visa processing, payroll, and employee lifecycle management for key accounts. This position ensures exceptional service standards in line with SOPs and SLAs and plays a vital role in employee transitions, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency across HR functions.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain updated and accurate salary and bank details for correct payroll processing.
- Submit timely cash requests, claims, and expenses related to passes and permits.
- Ensure accuracy in visa, medical, and pass applications.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding transitions with the account management team.
- Deliver HR services including visa processes, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and SOPs for assigned key accounts.
- Support in preparing weekly and monthly reports on admin activities.
- Track and maintain employee records, including personal documentation and lifecycle files.
- Use data reports to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support disciplinary processes in coordination with client HR.
Experience & skills
- 1ā2 years of administrative experience; HR knowledge is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
- Minimum English Language Level 4 as per Transguard standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with HRMS systems and Oracle workflow is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
