The Strategy Analyst – ATIOS (Accenture Trading, Investment and Optimization Strategy) is an entry-level strategy consulting position within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice, exclusively open to Emirati nationals as part of UAE talent development initiatives. The role is based in Dubai and supports clients across energy, resources, and digital transformation sectors. The analyst provides strategic advice to business leaders on developing and implementing business strategies that drive resilience, growth, and sustainable value. Responsibilities include market and data analysis, the design of cutting-edge business models, and the facilitation of growth strategy and investment decisions. The position involves helping clients navigate and capitalize on the energy transition and digital transformation, while expanding their analytical and operational capabilities through data-driven insights. The analyst will contribute to the design of agile operating models, execution of strategic initiatives, and the development of thought leadership in energy, food, and raw materials sectors. The role also includes strengthening relationships with clients to reinforce Accenture’s position as a trusted long-term advisor. As part of a global consulting environment, the Strategy Analyst will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams comprising strategy experts, data scientists, and transformation specialists, gaining exposure to international work cultures and cutting-edge consulting methodologies.
