Job description
The Cigna Group is seeking an Account Installation Representative in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support the expansion of its healthcare business across the Middle East. The role is responsible for setting up products and related variations in Cigna’s operating system in accordance with terms of business and documentation, structuring benefits and coverage, billing setup, database loading, and preparing plan materials. Key duties include validating underwriting checklists, responding to account inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and completing deliverables within time and quality targets. The representative will support assigned accounts, working independently to prioritize tasks, meet agreed deadlines, and deliver high-quality output. The position requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with fluency in both English and Arabic. Knowledge of digital technologies and medical terminology is considered advantageous. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and ideally have experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, preferably within the Middle Eastern market.
