Job description
The Account Manager, HPI Retail role at Logicom Distribution is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining commercial and retail business plans to promote sales growth of HPI Retail products within the Bahrain market. The role focuses on managing retail customer relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities with both new and existing customers, executing structured sales plans aligned with revenue and growth targets, and collaborating closely with internal product management and marketing teams to drive sales initiatives and promotions. The position also involves providing product training and ongoing support to customers and internal sales teams, negotiating pricing structures, discounts, and contracts, managing credit lines in coordination with internal teams and partners, recruiting new retail partners, and continuously monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities within the IT distribution landscape.

Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with retail customers
- Identify sales opportunities and close deals with new and existing customers
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to drive sales initiatives and promotions
- Provide product training and sales support to customers and internal sales teams
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial contracts with retail customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Manage multiple retail partners simultaneously while maintaining high sales quotas

- Recruit and onboard new retail partners to expand the distribution network
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree
- Possess 3–5 years of experience within Information Technology distribution
- Demonstrate solid understanding of the IT industry and retail distribution models
- Exhibit strong knowledge of pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications
- Show ability to manage multiple partners and retailers concurrently
- Demonstrate capability to manage credit lines with internal teams and partners
- Exhibit proficiency in written and spoken English
