Job description
The Strategy Planning & Analysis Senior Lead Analyst plays a mission-critical role in steering the strategic direction of the organization. Positioned within a high-impact team, this role is responsible for identifying, incubating, and developing new business initiatives while ensuring strategic alignment across divisions. The analyst will bridge corporate goals with operational execution by leading the development of performance management frameworks, key business metrics, and market benchmarking. With a strong focus on corporate strategy development, performance monitoring, and business transformation, the individual will influence executive decision-making and ensure that the organization remains competitive, responsive, and future-ready.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, incubate and develop selected new ideas and initiatives.
- Identify potential business and corporate level strategic growth opportunities.
- Ensure internal divisional / business strategies are aligned with the corporate strategy.
- Build analytical and research capabilities for market analysis and benchmarking exercises.
- Design, adjust and communicate the corporate strategy.
- Handle the development and execution of the performance management framework.
- Ensure monitoring and reporting of corporate business level KPIs.
- Identify source leads and frequency of reporting.
- Ensure that KPIs are embedded in all performance objectives.
- Carry out daily operations assigned for the department to comply with the companyâs standards.
- Prepare timely and accurate department reports to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards of the company and the department.
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers to address their needs in a courteous and timely manner.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement.
- Promote to other employees within the organization the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions.
- Maintain a good and respectful relationship with other colleagues and represent the company in a good image.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business, Management, or Economics
- 6+ years in corporate strategy, strategic consulting, or financial market analysis
- Proficiency in designing and implementing KPIs and performance frameworks
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience aligning business strategies with corporate objectives
- Ability to generate strategic reports and support performance monitoring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
