Job description
The Manager Strategic Partners is responsible for managing key partnerships and overseeing event and project lifecycles within Fever’s global technology platform for culture and live entertainment. The role focuses on managing large-scale partner events across multiple verticals including exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, permanent attractions, and sports events, ensuring strong long-term relationships and continuous performance growth. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless and timely execution of partner projects, while tracking actions, progress, and outcomes. The role requires establishing and managing KPIs, implementing data-driven strategies, and analyzing performance metrics to drive partner success and growth. The manager acts as a strategic advisor to partners by understanding their objectives, anticipating needs, and providing solutions aligned with Fever’s proprietary data-driven platform. Responsibilities include preparing detailed performance reports, gathering and translating partner feedback into actionable improvements across product, marketing, and operational functions, and supporting continuous optimization of services. The role also involves developing leadership capabilities by mentoring Project Managers, conducting training sessions, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The position requires strong expertise in project management, stakeholder management, and strategic planning, along with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment. The role contributes to the growth of a global entertainment technology platform operating across 40+ countries and serving over 300 million users monthly.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage key strategic partners and oversee event and project lifecycles across exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, attractions, and sports events
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless execution of partner projects
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships acting as a trusted advisor and aligning solutions with partner objectives
- Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics using data-driven strategies to drive partner growth and success
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting performance insights, achievements, and areas for improvement
- Gather and analyze partner feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operations
- Anticipate partner needs and proactively address challenges through collaboration with internal teams
- Drive continuous improvement in partner performance through strategic planning and data analysis
- Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and support team development through training and guidance
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Experience & skills
- Possess 6+ years of experience in project management or management consulting
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Exhibit proficiency in data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance metrics evaluation
- Show experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance
- Demonstrate ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies for partner growth
- Possess strong communication skills with fluency in English and additional languages considered an advantage
- Exhibit ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strategic thinking capabilities when addressing partnership challenges and leveraging proprietary data
- Show experience in event management, lifecycle management, and partner engagement strategies
- Possess an MBA as a preferred qualification
