The Manager - IT Programs Management at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of IT programs that align with the organization’s strategic objectives in redefining Saudi Arabia’s entertainment and leisure sector. The role requires managing multiple complex IT initiatives, developing and implementing robust program management frameworks, and ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, time, and budget. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams across IT, engineering, and business units to define program objectives, allocate resources, and manage risks while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and senior management. The position involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement in program delivery, and ensuring adherence to best practices in IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, and Scrum. The candidate will be expected to identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain oversight of project progress to ensure alignment with business goals.
