The Customer Care Advisor role at Emirates NBD is focused on delivering consistently high-quality customer service within a retail banking environment while supporting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, processing banking transactions, resolving issues and complaints, and educating customers on a broad range of banking products and services including loans, credit cards, and investment accounts. The position supports Emirates NBDâs commitment to digital banking and customer-centric service delivery, while strictly adhering to banking regulations, compliance requirements, and security procedures. The advisor plays a key role in identifying sales and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with branch teams to achieve objectives, maintaining operational standards within the branch, and participating in continuous training and development programs to enhance banking knowledge, product awareness, and service quality. The role is aligned with the UAE Governmentâs nationalization strategy and is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.
