Job description
Operations Infrastructure Services provides the technology backbone behind every Amazon fulfillment site, and Quick Commerce is changing how fast that infrastructure gets built and deployed. You own that transformation for an entire country as the single threaded infrastructure owner, defining the network and device strategy that lets Amazon launch and operate hundreds of sites at speed and at a fraction of traditional cost. Frugal, vendor managed infrastructure sits at the center of the approach, launching at high velocity while holding to enterprise grade availability standards. The country level technology roadmap belongs to this role, along with vendor relationships, availability and financial outcomes, and direct partnership with senior business operations leadership. Network infrastructure falls under end to end ownership here, spanning vendor selection through SLA governance through financial outcome. End User Equipment such as scanners, workstations and printers gets identified and recommended by this role, partnering with Device Tech for certification. Site launch playbooks, architecture standards and deployment sequencing get defined at the country level, with escalation handled where decisions carry fleet wide implications. Network availability, device fleet health and financial performance across the country's fleet fall under ongoing governance, driven through structured vendor performance cadences. Business growth priorities get translated into infrastructure strategy, surfacing performance insights, capacity risks and cost tradeoffs that inform decisions across the region.
