Job description
Hill International needs this Riyadh-based engineer to act as the primary contact for every external party on a major real-estate development programme, reporting stakeholder matters to RCRC. A stakeholders register sits at the heart of the job, tracking contact persons, terms of reference, MoUs and agreements. Third parties affected by project works need to be met, understood and kept onside, with their expectations managed throughout delivery. An Interface Management Plan sets out how third-party interfaces are identified, developed and agreed, and interface protocols are established and monitored from there. Authority approvals and permits are another big part of the work, from tracking and expediting to escalation, issue resolution and risk mitigation. Senior management receives standardised reporting on key issues, risks and resolutions, including a Monthly Stakeholder Report. Procurement and Contracts also draw on your support, and information has to reach all relevant parties on time. At least 10 years in strategic planning or project management is required, with major real-estate development experience and knowledge of water and wastewater master plans. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering and excellent Arabic and English are essential.
