To lead and manage the production of Arabic pitches and marketing content that raise the firm's profile and contribute to winning work across the Middle East & Africa region. The role entails managing end-to-end pitch processes, creating compelling legal marketing materials, and aligning communication strategies with the firm's MEA growth objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Review RFP requirements and lead go/no-go discussions
- Manage and produce bids and tenders with BD staff and support teams
- Oversee project management for each pitch stage from RFP receipt to submission
- Develop pitch strategies and content aligned with client expectations
- Coach lawyers for presentations and beauty parades
- Ensure compliance with internal risk and pitch procedures
- Conduct debriefs and analyze feedback on bid wins/losses
- Maintain pitch databases, credentials, case studies, and standard wording
- Prepare legal directory and award submissions
- Contribute to regional/global efficiency initiatives for proposals
- Create Arabic content for marketing campaigns aligned with MEA priorities
- Develop brochures and marketing materials in Arabic
- Manage website, intranet, and social media Arabic content
- Coordinate Vuture client mailings
- Implement marketing tools and systems for campaign optimization
Experience & skills
- Strong experience managing Arabic-language pitches in a legal/professional services setting
- Background in BD pitch development at manager level, ideally in the legal sector
- Proven ability to manage complex tender and RFP processes
- Experience pitching to government entities, preferably in the Middle East
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as InterAction and Vuture
- Familiarity with legal directories and awards submissions
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and digital communication platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior partners and decision-makers
