Job description
The Senior Solution Sales Executive – Business Transformation Management (BTM) & Integrated Tool Chain at SAP is responsible for driving enterprise software sales and enabling digital transformation for enterprise customers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on positioning SAP’s BTM portfolio and Integrated Tool Chain, including Process Mining, Enterprise Architecture, Testing/Automation, Data Migration & Governance, and Cloud ALM, to deliver measurable business outcomes. The executive will create and execute strategies to accelerate cloud transformation, manage territory and pipeline, execute deals, and collaborate with virtual account teams and partner networks. This position requires deep knowledge of BPM, enterprise architecture, and SAP ecosystem solutions, combined with strong sales acumen to drive sustainable growth. The executive will engage with C-level stakeholders, deliver tailored solution demonstrations, and support SAP’s strategic business unit goals in a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative environment focused on innovation, learning, and personal development.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise software sales strategies to drive adoption of SAP Business Transformation Management (BTM) solutions and Integrated Tool Chain products, ensuring measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.
- Position and demonstrate SAP BTM solutions, including Process Mining, Enterprise Architecture, Testing/Automation, Data Migration & Governance, and Cloud ALM, through tailored demonstrations that resonate with C-level stakeholders.
- Manage territory planning, pipeline development, and deal execution while coordinating across virtual account teams and partner networks to optimize sales performance and expand SAP’s footprint.
- Drive cloud transformation initiatives by advising enterprise clients on adoption of SAP Integrated Tool Chain solutions and enabling transformation of business processes.
- Ensure disciplined management of sales pipelines, forecasting, CRM usage, and reporting processes to maintain operational rigor and deliver sustainable growth in the BTM portfolio.
- Collaborate with SAP strategic business unit leadership to identify market opportunities, build client relationships, and establish SAP as a trusted advisor for enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Deliver effective presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to clients, showcasing SAP ecosystem solutions, AI integration, and business process management capabilities.
- Support post-sales enablement and client engagement initiatives to ensure successful adoption of BTM solutions, continuous value delivery, and long-term customer success.
Experience & skills
- Proven experience leading complex enterprise software sales cycles and closing high-value deals within strategic solution areas.
- Deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Process Mining, and Enterprise Architecture concepts applicable to enterprise transformation.
- Expertise in solution positioning and delivering tailored demonstrations that engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Familiarity with SAP ecosystem solutions, including Business Suite, BTP, AI-enabled capabilities, and Integrated Tool Chain strategy.
- Strong skills in pipeline management, CRM best practices, territory planning, deal execution, and enterprise sales operational discipline.
- Ability to collaborate across virtual account teams and partner networks to align solutions with client objectives and accelerate digital transformation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Spanish, with experience engaging senior enterprise stakeholders.
- Proven track record of enabling cloud transformation, expanding solution footprint, and driving sustainable growth in strategic enterprise solution areas.
