Job description
TikTok is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner in Dubai to support the recruitment of Product & Design roles across EMEA. This role is vital to connecting innovative talent with one of the worldâs fastest-growing tech companies. You'll collaborate with HRBPs, hiring managers, and global teams to execute hiring plans, enhance the candidate experience, and drive recruitment operations for critical creative and technical functions.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to assess and fulfill talent needs
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviews, offers
- Drive recruiting projects to scale hiring operations and improve candidate journey
- Maintain strong pipelines of diverse and experienced talent
- Negotiate offers and close senior/executive candidates when needed
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, international tech environments preferred
- Proven success in candidate sourcing and pipeline development
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
- Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
- Experience with senior-level hiring and compensation negotiation
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and systems (e.g., ATS)
