The position demands proactive risk identification, effective manpower allocation, rigorous budget monitoring, and structured communication across all levels of the organization to ensure seamless project execution in a complex offshore construction environment.

- Lead the delivery of first-time-right quality across construction, mechanical completion, and commissioning phases using PIMS systems
- Support complex operations including major lifting activities, marine operations, and the use of owned or hired heavy equipment
- Liaise with clients and key stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and fulfillment of contractual commitments
- Identify technical challenges proactively and implement practical engineering and construction solutions
- Collaborate closely with Yard Managers, Production Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, Commercial, Operations, and Project Teams to ensure integrated project delivery
