Job description
Origination and execution of investment activities across Shipping, Offshore, and related infrastructure sit at the heart of this Manager, Business Development role at ADNOC Logistics & Services. You work alongside Finance & Investments, Shipping, Marine Services, and Offshore divisions to help develop ADNOC L&S's value proposition as an integrated Marine Services company across the region. External stakeholders get engaged regularly too, since tracking industry trends and spotting growth opportunities, whether within existing businesses or through expansion into new areas and geographies, forms a core part of the mandate. Opportunity analysis runs deep in this role, with in-depth assessments checking initial fit against ADNOC L&S's growth and investment agenda alongside compliance with internal policy and external regulations. Every prospective opportunity goes through first line due diligence and consistent review, coordinated across various ADNOC L&S divisions. Rigorous analysis, including valuation and business case modelling, gets led across colleagues and team members, backed by well grounded judgment and balanced persuasiveness. Memoranda, presentations, and detailed financial analyses all get developed and presented to senior management as part of the regular rhythm. Periodic reports on new opportunities, expansion plans, partnerships, and contracts get compiled and created throughout. Bid management adds another layer too, coordinating across functions, contractors, and partners to compile documentation that meets RFP requirements while supporting the development of technical and financial bids.
