Job description
The M365 and M365 Security Cloud Solution Architect (Individual Contributor, Customer Success, Cloud Solution Architecture) operates across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia with a hybrid work model (2 days/week in-office) and 0ā25% travel. The role serves Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) customers by uniting AI-powered solutioning with Microsoft 365 to drive adoption, usage, and business value. Responsibilities span planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing Microsoft 365 solutions; leading architectural design for Copilot for M365, Copilot chat, and Copilot Agents; executing tenant-to-tenant migrations; implementing M365 Security and compliance; and enabling extensibility scenarios through envisioning, design sessions, pilots, and PoCs. The architect acts as a trusted advisor for Adoption and Change Management, maps customer journeys as the M365 Copilot SME, designs customer solutions, leads presentations, demonstrations, and design-thinking workshops for BDMs and ITDMs, and leverages prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to scale AI. The position engages in advisory on executive sponsorship, end-user targeting, content and activities, and enables M365 insights/dashboards to demonstrate usage trends and business impact. It delivers Microsoft services for M365 via Unified support contracts, supports unblocking technical issues with product groups, provides feedback loops to Microsoft Product Groups and Marketing, contributes IP and best practices within communities, and drives Customer Success Plans with defined outcomes, renewals, and adoption KPIs. Technical scope includes Microsoft 365 workloads, Teams deployment, SharePoint Online and search indexing, M365 Apps (Teams, VIVA), agents creation and governance (through M365/Copilot Studio), security/compliance configurations, and alignment with relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, AI). The role requires multilingual communication and stakeholder engagement across CxO, BDM, and senior IT audiences, and continuous readiness through learn-it-all growth and change adaptation.

- Leverage prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to design, govern, and scale Copilot Agents, including extensibility scenarios, pilots, and PoCs.

- Conduct journey mapping, presentations, demonstrations, and design-thinking workshops for BDMs and ITDMs as the M365 Copilot subject matter expert.
- Enable and govern deployments of M365 Apps (Teams, VIVA), Teams, and SharePoint Online including search indexing, ensuring performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Partner with sales and technical teams to identify expansion opportunities, craft tailored solutions, and track KPIs that optimize solution performance.
- Act as voice of the customer by providing feedback and product insights to Microsoft Product Groups and Marketing; support technical unblockers with product group collaboration.
- Contribute to internal communities by sharing expertise, reusable IP, and best practices; support Customer Success Club and Microsoft Workshops (MW) as a subject-matter expert speaker.
