Job description
Onboarding, transfers, letters, record updates and offboarding make up much of the week for this Human Capital Senior Associate at PwC Middle East in Jeddah. Payroll inputs and changes are coordinated and validated with payroll and finance, and payroll queries are resolved accurately and confidentially. Visa, work permit and iqama processes run alongside, coordinated with government relations and mobility teams. Employee files are kept complete, and compliance with Saudi labour law and firm policy is tracked closely. HR systems data, reports, dashboards and trackers need regular attention, and the data often points to process improvements. Employees and managers come to you first with policy and lifecycle questions, with complex cases escalated to the right specialist. IT, finance, mobility and government relations colleagues are regular partners in keeping service smooth. This sits within Business Enablement Solutions, the function that keeps PwC Middle East running. At least 4 years across HR operations, payroll coordination or government relations, ideally in professional services or a multinational, is required, with Arabic a plus.
