Growing a corporate loan book without letting credit quality slip is the core challenge of this origination-focused position at a leading Dubai banking group. New corporate and syndicated lending opportunities are sourced across the UAE market, building on an established network. Major corporates, financial institutions and syndicate banks are the relationships that matter most. Each opportunity is assessed and written up as a comprehensive credit proposal. Corporate and project finance transactions are structured and executed, then taken through credit approval, documentation and funding. Existing facilities need ongoing monitoring, with due diligence and credit analysis kept current. Emerging credit risks are flagged early, and remediation strategies get your support. Around 8 years in corporate banking with syndicated or bilateral lending experience is required, along with a solid understanding of UAE banking regulation. Mandarin or a CA or CPA qualification would be an advantage for this permanent, on-site role.
