Job description
ENOC is seeking a Functional Senior Analyst to design, deliver, and enhance applications, systems, and ERP modules across business areas such as Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Projects. The role requires analyzing business needs, formulating solutions, and participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers, team members, and vendors; documenting functional/technical requirements; identifying system deficiencies; and providing consultancy on business process improvements. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, analytical, and able to explain technical issues clearly in business terms.

Key responsibilities
- Work independently or in teams to design and improve applications, systems, or ERP modules.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and product vendors on functional and technical issues.
- Document and maintain a knowledge database to share experience and reduce dependency on individuals.
- Coordinate work tasks with customers, teams, and vendors to ensure efficient and timely completion.
- Analyze business needs and conceptualize solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Plan and implement ERP modules and additional functionalities in Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Projects.
- Assess the feasibility of adopting new modules, features, and functionalities.
- Participate in committees for upgrading or implementing new solutions and improving processes.
- Formulate functional and technical requirements/specifications in coordination with business owners.
- Identify and document system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
- Provide internal consultancy to managers on solutions or process improvements.
- Carry out software maintenance and update information systems as requested.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Professional product certifications in SAP (FI/CO, MM) preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 3 years of relevant functional/ERP systems experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical matters in non-technical terms.
- Customer-centric mindset with focus on satisfaction and efficiency.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
