Job description
HR and workforce strategy need to move in step with business objectives, and that alignment is what this Local Division HRBP role delivers, reporting to the Service Local Division Manager. You'll align HR and workforce strategies with business objectives, covering workforce planning and labor cost budgeting. Performance management runs through this role too, supporting managers, facilitating people reviews, coaching on employee development and following development plans through to execution. Talent management and organizational capability building span recruitment, onboarding, training, competency development, succession planning and talent development programs. Managers get advised on employee relations, compensation, benefits, organizational changes, relocations and workforce transitions, always in line with company policy and local labor law. Employees and leaders get support through HR guidance, leadership coaching, international assignment support and change management during reorganizations, mergers, joint ventures and other transformation initiatives. Cultural navigation matters here, since the role calls for genuine comfort working across different backgrounds and business contexts. Stakeholder management runs in both Arabic and English, since the role bridges local teams and broader business objectives.
