Job description
The Director - Spa at Madinat Jumeirah will lead Talise at Madinat Jumeirah with full strategic and operational management accountability to ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving strong financial performance. The role develops and executes business strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction; oversees financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to meet or exceed commercial targets; drives innovative promotions, partnerships, and service enhancements to strengthen the spa’s market position; ensures delivery of world-class service standards consistent with Jumeirah’s luxury brand values; monitors industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge; and maintains compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations within a luxury hospitality environment that comprises multiple beachfront hotels, restaurants, lounges, and event spaces at Al Sufouh, Dubai. The position requires spa operations management, strategic planning, operational management, financial planning, financial forecasting, financial reporting, revenue management, business strategy development, promotions management, partnership development, service enhancements implementation, guest experience management, brand standards implementation, market trend monitoring, competitor analysis, health and safety compliance, licensing compliance, and KPI tracking for commercial targets.
