Job description
To lead the design, development and management of HR & Finance process and integration of these systems with enterprise platforms. Partner with HR and Finance leaders to develop a solid roadmap and architecture strategy for HR & Finance systems. Manage and prioritize business demands, ensuring alignment with business goals across respective domains while driving innovation, scalability, and security in these systems environments to support the organization's long-term success.

- Design and oversee the architecture for HR systems and processes
- Align HR technology initiatives with business goals
- Ensure integration of HR systems with other enterprise systems
- Develop and maintain the architecture for financial systems
- Ensure financial systems support regulatory compliance and business needs
- Integrate financial data with other enterprise systems for operations
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that could enhance the organizationās architecture for HR and Finance systems
- Develop technology roadmaps that prioritize investments in HR and Finance platforms
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in construction and how AI can support the respective HR and Finance systems
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and approaches to solve business challenges
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across all digital initiatives
- Ensure that all HR & Finance technology architecture decisions are documented, communicated, and adhered to across the organization
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HR & Finance architecture
- Act as a key advisor to the Group CIO & Enterprise Architect and other senior executives on Domain architecture and technology strategy
- Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment on architecture initiatives
- Represent the domain (HR & Finance) architecture function in cross-functional teams, ensuring that architecture considerations are integrated into all major IT projects
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterās or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in HR & Finance architecture roles, with a focus on domain architecture, technology integration, and strategic alignment
- 10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in HR & Finance architecture
- Experience in the UAE, understanding local regulations, and business culture is advantageous
- Proven leadership in cross-functional, multicultural teams, with experience in managing large-scale projects
- Experience in the construction industry or related sectors within the UAE or the Middle East
- Understanding of smart cities, sustainability, and integration of advanced technologies in construction projects
