Job description
Reporting to the Retentions Team Manager at Cigna Healthcare in Dubai, this Loyalty Account Manager looks after a personal book of existing health insurance customers. Persistency is the main target, and the work is about keeping customers before they start thinking about leaving. Calls go out during the policy year for mid-year check-ins and again at renewal. Inbound and outbound calls from customers who want to cancel need careful objection handling, and you can change or discount a policy where that keeps the customer. Upsell opportunities sometimes come up along the way. Personal touches matter too, with communications and videos sent to help customers see the value of their cover. Cancellation and contact SLAs, quality assurance guidelines and regulatory requirements apply to every conversation, including obtaining the right documentation. Candidates need 1 to 2 years in health, insurance or outbound sales, with a track record in inbound and outbound telemarketing, ideally in a non-advised sales process.
