Job description
The Operations Manager for the Musaned Training Platform in Riyadh is responsible for the overall governance, performance, and growth of the platform. This role ensures high-quality delivery of training services by overseeing training providers, managing operational processes, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Operations Manager acts as the platform owner, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, enhance user experience, and expand the platformâs offerings. The role requires a combination of leadership, analytical insight, and platform management experience to maintain operational excellence and support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Own and manage all operations of the Musaned Training Platform, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and governance standards.
- Define, implement, and enforce onboarding, approval, and quality standards for training providers to maintain platform integrity.
- Oversee verification processes for providers, including checking CR, legal status, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of all published training programs, content, and related services.
- Lead communication and engagement initiatives with training providers, partners, and internal teams to foster collaboration and growth.
- Monitor platform performance metrics, KPIs, and user experience feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancements, including new services such as assessments, reporting tools, or expanded training offerings.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including IT, Accreditation, Marketing, and MHRSD to ensure seamless platform operations.
- Manage, guide, and develop the Operations Senior Officer and any future operational team members to ensure high performance and accountability.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 6â10 years of experience in operations, platform management, or related roles.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence multiple parties.
- Experience in training, digital platforms, or government program management preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to optimize platform performance.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational governance frameworks.
- Ability to implement process improvements and operational enhancements effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for managing internal teams and external providers.
- Experience in monitoring KPIs and driving data-informed decisions.
