Job description
Citi's Global Network Banking team in Dubai relies on its Client Managers to keep client service running smoothly, and this AVP role, open to UAE Nationals only, sits at the centre of that effort. Onboarding is owned end to end, from initiating CRM requests through documentation and client training to post-implementation follow-up. Client escalations come to you first, and day-to-day operational flows and feedback are tracked closely. Credit requests are managed with internal teams, with credit lines monitored and exceptions escalated. As KYC owner for a portfolio of clients, you keep client profiles complete and accurate. Subsidiary Account Managers, Regional Account Managers (RAMs) and Parent Account Managers (PAMs) rely on your support in origination. Lower-complexity opportunities are identified and originated directly, and business campaigns such as account planning, wallet sizing and corridor initiatives get your input. Expect to bring 5+ years in client management or a related financial services role, sound knowledge of operational processes and KYC/AML requirements, and a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
