Job description
The Channel Partnership Manager at Tamara in Dubai is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic channel partnerships that support the company’s growth strategy within the fintech ecosystem. Tamara is a leading fintech platform in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region providing financial services that enable customers to split payments online and in-store, serving millions of users and partnering with global brands including SHEIN, Jarir, noon, IKEA, and Amazon. The role focuses on collaborating with ecosystem partners such as fintech companies, e-commerce platforms, and strategic distribution partners to unlock new customer acquisition channels and expand Tamara’s market reach. Responsibilities include managing distribution and referral partner relationships, supporting partnership proposals and agreements, monitoring partner performance across key metrics such as sign-ups, engagement, and GMV, leading co-marketing and joint go-to-market initiatives, and optimizing partnership strategies through data-driven performance analysis. The role requires coordination with internal teams including Demand Generation, Product, Integration, and Onboarding to align partnership activities, as well as delivering partner training and creating scalable enablement materials for merchant networks to maximize partner-led growth and revenue impact.

Key responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key distribution and referral partners including fintech companies and e-commerce platforms
- Support partnership proposals and agreements ensuring effective execution and mutual value delivery
- Monitor partner performance across metrics such as sign-ups, engagement, and GMV and drive improvements
- Lead co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies to increase partner-led customer acquisition
- Track performance of partnership initiatives and optimize strategies for improved results
- Analyze market trends to identify new partnership and distribution opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams including Demand Generation, Product, Integration, and Onboarding to align partnership activities
- Deliver training sessions and develop scalable partner enablement materials for partners and merchant networks
Experience & skills
- 3-5 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or SaaS environments preferred
- Experience managing strategic partnerships and channel relationships
- Capability in data analysis and performance tracking for partnership initiatives
- Experience executing co-marketing and go-to-market partnership campaigns
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders across product, marketing, and operational teams
- Experience delivering partner training and developing enablement materials
- Commercial understanding of customer acquisition channels and partner-driven growth strategies
