Job description
The Digital Cloud Solution Architect (Arabic Speaking) role at Microsoftâs Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) division is designed for experienced technical professionals who can drive cloud transformation for enterprise, government, and education clients in Saudi Arabia. The position centers on advancing Azure adoption, architecting cloud-based solutions, and fostering long-term strategic relationships with customers to ensure business impact and satisfaction. The role demands both deep technical acumen and commercial insight, enabling the architect to shape customer strategies, lead architectural design sessions, and align solutions with business and IT objectives. The successful candidate will leverage Microsoftâs AI-powered ecosystem, best practices, and sales frameworks to drive repeatable revenue growth and cloud consumption while engaging closely with internal stakeholders, partners, and customer leadership. This position combines customer-centric solution architecture with consultative technical sales, requiring fluency in Arabic and English, as well as strong analytical and orchestration skills. Preference is given to Saudi citizens.

Key responsibilities
- Lead, drive, and manage engagements to achieve revenue and cloud consumption targets for Microsoft Azure solutions
- Leverage best practices to guide customer cloud strategy, ensuring alignment with Microsoft programs and long-term growth objectives
- Conduct analyses of customer usage and needs to expand Azure consumption and retention
- Provide insights, guidance, and recommendations that optimize customer cloud adoption and satisfaction
- Architect and design Azure-based cloud solutions to meet enterprise business and IT requirements
- Ensure technical viability and successful deployment of projects by orchestrating key resources and infrastructure technologies
- Conduct Architectural Design Sessions (ADS) to develop implementation plans aligned with customer goals and environments
- Collaborate with other Digital Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft ecosystem teams to ensure cohesive and secure deployments
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM, forecasting performance and identifying risks during deal and pipeline reviews
- Represent Microsoft as a trusted advisor by cultivating customer affinity and providing feedback to Microsoft on blockers, growth opportunities, and mitigation strategies
Experience & skills
- Several years of experience in technical architecture, consulting, design, implementation, and/or technical sales
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Relevant Microsoft or competitive platform certifications preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and understanding of cloud architecture principles
- Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
- Preference for Saudi citizens
- Proven experience running Architectural Design Sessions and delivering scalable cloud solutions
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyze cloud usage data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience managing customer pipelines, forecasts, and consumption targets using CRM systems
- Strong understanding of AI-driven sales processes, enterprise infrastructure, and digital transformation
