Job description
As a Senior Analyst in BCG Vantageâs Travel, Cities, and Infrastructure Practice, you will focus on client-facing roles within the Cities, Regions and Tourism (CRT) sector. You will contribute to BCGâs tourism strategy work, supporting high-impact engagements through research, tool deployment, workshops, and solution development. Your work will involve client projects, business development, proposal support, and the creation of IP and frameworks. You will work closely with global colleagues and clients to shape and implement tourism transformation strategies.

Key responsibilities
- Contribute to client cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights
- Participate in case delivery through BCG Vantage assets including tools, data, frameworks, and surveys
- Support commercialization efforts via analysis, proposal input, and marketing material preparation
- Assist in developing intellectual property and assets for the CRT â Tourism topic
- Occasionally travel to client sites for workshops and project work
- Help shape tourism strategy, governance, value proposition creation, marketing, branding, social impact and sustainability workstreams
- Support onboarding and training of junior colleagues
- Present and communicate findings to internal and external senior stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with BCG project leaders and clients across markets
Experience & skills
- 2+ years of consulting experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality OR 3â6+ years of industry experience
- Bachelorâs degree required, advanced degree preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred
- Strong problem-solving and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in structuring research, analysis, and storytelling for client-facing materials
- Demonstrated client-facing experience and ability to manage senior stakeholder communication
- Comfort working in a global, multicultural, and matrixed team environment
- Familiarity with agile working methods and international development trends
