Job description
The Treasury Analyst (UAE National) at Cigna Healthcare will play a key role within the Middle East and Africa Finance team, supporting multiple finance functions including Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, Operational Finance, and Credit Control. This Dubai-based position involves managing the annual KYC renewal process with regional banking partners, assisting with treasury administration, investigating payment discrepancies, coordinating invoice approvals and payments, and supporting various finance projects and analytical initiatives. The role provides exposure across several financial disciplines, offering opportunities to contribute to ad hoc projects within the broader finance organization. Candidates will collaborate closely with internal departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions while maintaining compliance with internal controls. The position requires a strong understanding of basic accounting and finance principles, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Familiarity with Oracle or similar general ledger systems is advantageous, and the role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals with a Family Book.

Key responsibilities
- Manage annual KYC renewal processes with multiple banking partners across the Middle East and Africa region
- Support treasury-related administrative and operational tasks, ensuring compliance with financial procedures
- Assist in investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and related issues
- Coordinate approval and payment of finance-related invoices and expense requests
- Collaborate across FP&A, Accounting, and Credit Control teams to support ongoing financial operations
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting for various finance initiatives and business units
- Provide support for special projects and process improvement activities within the finance department
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial documentation and records across business functions
- Work cross-functionally to improve efficiency and streamline finance workflows
Experience & skills
- UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or treasury functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with proven relationship-building capabilities
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Experience with Oracle or similar General Ledger software preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general financial systems
