Job description
PwC Middle East is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join its Financial Services / Risk and Regulation Sales, Activation and Solutioning function within Managed Services. The role will support Sales and Solution Leads by driving the execution of go-to-market strategies, building proposals and sales collateral, activating events, and supporting pursuits. The candidate will be expected to leverage tools such as Salesforce CRM, MS PowerPoint, and Excel, while also contributing to market research and PMO-related activities. An understanding of the Financial Services sectorâBanking, Insurance, and Asset & Wealth Managementâwill be advantageous. The role requires adaptability, resilience, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales and Solutioning Leads to drive tangible business outcomes.
- Support in taking Financial Services / Risk and Regulation Managed Services to priority accounts, tailoring value propositions.
- Develop new service offerings combining subject matter expertise, operational know-how, and technology solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify needs, trends, and competitive insights.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM to track and advance pursuits.
- Build proposals and marketing material, supporting business pursuits and opportunities.
- Support development of go-to-market collateral.
- Collaborate across internal teams to execute initiatives aligned with growth objectives.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs Degree.
- 3â5 yearsâ experience in a professional services/consulting environment.
- Experience in Financial Services is preferable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, MS PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling presentations.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data and create data visualizations.
- Proficient in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with resilience and adaptability.
