Job description
Tamara, the leading fintech platform in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist in Dubai to own the design, execution, and optimization of complex lifecycle campaigns. The role involves building scalable, automated, and personalized customer journeys across multiple channels while serving as the CRM subject-matter expert. Reporting to the CRM Manager, the Senior CRM Specialist will partner with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals and drive measurable engagement and retention impact.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of multi-channel customer journeys (email, push, in-app, SMS) with advanced segmentation, personalization, and automation.
- Expertly configure and maintain advanced CRM logic using dynamic content, Liquid logic, webhooks, and connected content to deliver hyper-personalized experiences.
- Define and drive the CRM strategy for key initiatives such as customer lifecycle management and product adoption, ensuring measurable impact on engagement and retention.
- Manage complex CRM workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to continually refine targeting, content, and triggers.
- Partner with product, data, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with business goals.
- Serve as the internal subject-matter expert on CRM tools, ensuring best practices in template design, deliverability, and compliance.
Experience & skills
- 4+ years of hands-on CRM experience in fast-paced B2C environments.
- Experience in fintech is highly preferable.
- Proven track record in building and managing complex automated campaigns in enterprise-level CRM platforms (e.g., Braze, CleverTap, Iterable).
- Expertise in implementing advanced CRM logic — including Liquid scripting, dynamic content, webhooks, and connected content.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and data flows.
- Comfortable working with data (SQL, analytics dashboards, A/B testing).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email development is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
