Job description
As a SAAS Account Executive at Oracle, you will contribute to business growth and ensure customer satisfaction across your territory. You'll be responsible for delivering Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), securing renewals, managing a healthy pipeline, and identifying upselling and new business opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, Marketing, Alliances, and other stakeholders to drive the digital transformation journey of customers using Oracle SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations
- Execute Oracle Applications strategy throughout the territory to deliver ARR and renewals
- Close business deals and deliver quota against target
- Ensure proper pipeline coverage and optimize demand generation campaigns
- Establish strong customer relationships focused on Oracleās SaaS strategic pillars
- Identify new business opportunities and upselling potential within existing accounts
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and build opportunity close plans
- Develop sustainable long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Attend business reviews and value assessment meetings with CSMs and clients
- Act as escalation point for customer and partner issues
- Ensure proper onboarding and project follow-up to drive successful outcomes
- Drive account and territory planning aligned with strategic goals
- Collaborate with Specialist Account Executives and support functions
- Participate in large deal execution by leveraging internal expertise
- Engage in pipeline health analysis and growth initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Presales, Alliances, and CSMs
Experience & skills
- 6 to 10+ years of sales experience
- Performance-driven with a track record of successful sales achievements
- Ability to assess customer requirements and position Oracle application solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills across multiple organizational levels, including C-Level
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Native Arabic speaker preferred
- Confidence, integrity, and the ability to drive execution
- Career Level IC5 (individual contributor)
