Job description

The Solution Engineer - Cybersecurity will play a critical role in supporting Microsoft’s customers by driving secure, scalable solution designs and enabling deployment of advanced cybersecurity solutions. This role focuses on engaging enterprise clients in pre-sales and consulting capacities, leveraging Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra, and Purview, as well as third-party platforms like Prisma Cloud, Crowdstrike, and Splunk. The engineer collaborates closely with developers and platform leads, conducting demos, PoCs, hackathons, and architecture workshops to demonstrate the value of Microsoft’s security platform. Responsibilities include integrating security practices throughout the development and DevOps lifecycle, applying Zero Trust principles, and mitigating security threats. The role also involves resolving technical blockers, influencing product design, and driving adoption through thought leadership and community engagement. The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days/week in-office work in Riyadh and occasional travel.
